The Managing Director of the Firm, Titus Oluwadare, is the founding and incumbent Managing Director of Add-Value Recon Consult Limited, has a lengthy professional career as Consultant, Administrator and Accountant spanning across the IT and Financial sectors. Titus is reputed as a leading icon in Consultation in Nigeria. Prior to this period, he had several years of challenging opportunities in firms of Chartered Accountants.  He was a Senior Consultant at Precise Financial System Limited, a position he held until his appointment in Recon Masters Limited July 2009 and later MD/CEO of Add-Value Recon Consult Limited. His areas of endeavours cover Forensic Audit, Account/Bank reconciliation Services, Finance Cost Adjustment, research & development with the application of the features of modern Information Technology as a tool.

A Chartered Accountant (ACA) with over 15years of experience he holds a Master of Science degree in Finance (M.SC Finance) from the Lagos State University and HND in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti. Titus has a passion for the development of intellectual capital of the black race and continues to advocate his position that irrespective of the conditions of the black man, the black man is by no means inferior in intelligence to anyone else in the world. He is a devoted Christian and family man. He is married and blessed with three lovely Children.
